Senator's Message

Thank you for asking me to be a Patron of Chief Piapot Anniversary Committee. I am delighted to accept the great honor.

It is time to have a major celebration of Treaty Four signed by our Chiefs with Queen Victoria. The Treaties are the foundation on which the prairies took the political shape of the provinces. Our Treaties are the basis of the prosperity of Saskatchewan. Let us celebrate the Treaties!
